+ The site manager

The site manager is the heart of the up-2-date system. It allows users with appropriate access rights to add or remove pages and sections from a website at the click of a button.

Adding a new page is as simple, as one, two, three...

  1. Select 'add new page' from the toolbar.
  2. Add text, images or other content to the page using the built in text editor or paste content from another application such as Microsoft Word.
  3. Insert the page at the correct place in the site and click save.

Job done.

+ Need to reorganise?

No problem! With the site manager you can quickly restructure your website. With just a few clicks you can turn single pages into multi-page sections, move pages from one section to another and change the order of both sections and pages.

Need to temporarily disable a page? Just move it to the page bank and re-add it to the site when you're ready.

Standalone pages

With up-2-date you can add pages that do not a part of the site structure. Want to add a temporary page for one of your clients to access? Just create a new standalone page.

+ Manage multiple sites

Maintaining one website is hard - keeping multiple sites updated is much harder. That's why up-2-date now supports the management of multiple websites from one simple interface.

Using a single login, users can update content on multiple sites and even share content between the sites. Each site can have its own distinct design or sites can share a common design template. Links between sites can be added at the click of a button.
